Handmade Wicklow skirt from vintage fabric

Gorgeous skirt made from Vintage fabric. It is lined with white cotton supima fabic. Machine washable at 30 degrees. The waist is elasticated with navy wide elastic. I'm a 10/12 and it fits perfect. It would also suit a proper UK 12. Totally cool and one of a kind!
