Gorgeous gem bought from my contact Jasper in Amsterdam. I met him 3 years ago when I spent a month there with my fam. Its a vintage/second hand piece.
Fab bright summer skirt with buttons the whle way down the front. I just love it, so vintage and sweet. I would call it about size 10. check out the measurments below:
